Mr. Sasan Parvin is the Chief Information & Technology Officer of Pythagoras Infrastructure Group and leads the entity’s Information, Communications and Technology Strategy and Solutions offering. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from the Case Western Reserve University in Ohio, USA.

He moved to South Africa in 1992 and started as a research and design engineer in medical equipment before moving into ICT and Telecommunications in 1994 where he has designed, planned, built, and managed regional and national wide networks for fixed and mobile – wireless (VHF/UHF, IMT, mmWave), fibre, WiFi, IOT, and satellite Solutions. He has also designed, developed and implemented end-to-end turnkey OSS/BSS, digitalization, security and various VAS’s and connectivity solutions for National Carrier Grade Networks. He was co-founder and CTO of iBurst (an ISP that pioneered wireless broadband technology, now called RAIN) and has extensive knowledge and over 33 years of experience in the ICT and Telecommunications Sector.

Mr. Francis Moumakwa is the current Operations Director at Pythagoras Infrastructure Group and manages and supervises the entity’s Field and technical Operations. He originally stems from the Telecommunications Industry where he worked for Telkom as a Technical Manager for 18 years. He studied as an Electrical Engineering Technician with JTC in Johannesburg and has a passion for Telecomms and Fibre and Microwave Networks in particular.

Mr. Michael Chandiya is the General Manager at Pythagoras Infrastructure Group and manages the day to day admin and technical operations of the company aswell as managing Client interface and relations. He has 25 years experience within the Telecomms Industry and has worked across the SADC Region for large Telecomms Institutions including Samsung and ZAMTEL. He has specialised in the managing of Telecomms based projects from design phase to deployment and client handover and also on the maintenance and management phases post project completion.Michael is also in charge of the company’s business development activities for both the Private and Public sectors and he reports to the Executive Committee

Mr. Graham Munengami is the Systems Engineer at Pythagoras Infrastructure Group. He has more than 2 decades experience within the ICT industry and has specialised in managing Data Security, Disaster Prevention & Recovery, and Network System Protection. As Systems Engineer at Pythagoras, he provides and generates turnkey and innovative ICT Infrastructure solutions for our clients and manages the business processes thereof. Graham is also a certified Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect and certified Cyber Security specialist and thus leads the entity’s storage solutions and systems product offerings for our Private and Public Sector Clients.

Kiran Jiva is the Key Account Manager – Public Sector at Pythagoras Infrastructure Group. He is an Electrical Engineer with 27 years of experience in the Telecoms and ICT Industry specialising in end to end solutions for both the Public and Private sectors.

He previously worked for Huawei (SADC Region) for 9 years where he was Program Manager for the Government Sector, and also focused on Project Management and Delivery, Group Revenue and Business Growth, maintaining high customer satisfaction and Building Internal Project Teams.

Prior to that he worked for Siemens Telecommunications Africa for 17 years where he trained junior engineers, restored services with SLA, built new customer accounts and managed turnkey projects.

Kiran holds a National Diploma in Electrical Engineering and Post Graduate Project Management Certificate amongst various other Telecoms & ICT Industry Certificates and forms part of the Pythagoras Senior Management.

Mr. Shaheen Saib is the Project & Network Engineer at Pythagoras Infrastructure Group. He has 16 years experience with leading-edge technologies within the ICT industry and has specialised in software-based solutions and projects and has extensive expertise in ICT System Architecture, Development, Integration, Implementation and Analysis. Further, over time he has also attained practical experience on Virtual Machines and Virtualised Environments, the development of Turnkey Telecommunication Systems including Integration, Planning and Management for different industries. He has previously also utilised Application Engineering for networked and integrated systems and Coordinates and oversees the planning, design, and installation of complex solutions and systems for Pythagoras’ Public Sector clients.

Bryan Nsofu the Pythagoras Engineering and Operations Manager. He has over a decade of experience implementing, managing and maintaining enterprise-grade network infrastructure across diverse sectors. He currently leads multi-vendor environments at Pythagoras Infrastructure, overseeing NOC, Radio/Microwave and Fiber teams with a focus on system integrity and business continuity.

His career spans high-impact roles, where he supported SD-WAN migrations, VoIP rollouts, and large-scale wireless deployments. Bryan is Cisco-certified across routing, switching, design, and security, and has delivered architecture-led solutions for clients including Transnet, AT&T UK, and WPP.

She is a dedicated and detail-oriented administrator with over 6 years of experience in data management, financial administration, and client relations. Her focus at the entity is to implement project administration processes and general office admin efficiently aswell as to make sure there is proper integrated communication via the appropriate Client, Supplier and Partner channels.

She optimises daily workflows, improves our data accuracy, and assists our Finance teams with Project financial forecasting, claims processing, and data capturing.

Ms. Valentine Maila serves as the Human Resource and Office Manager at Pythagoras Infrastructure Group.

She holds a qualification in Public Relations and Communications from the University of Johannesburg and brings valuable experience in administration, office coordination, and people management to her role.

Committed to continuous learning, Ms. Maila is currently advancing her expertise through studies in Human Resource Management-an endeavour that will further strengthen her contribution to the organization.
